Pascal Fehlbaum

An experienced lawyer, Pascal Fehlbaum specialises in intellectual property law, contract law, and unfair competition law.

He is recognised for his ability to develop tailored legal solutions, particularly in the protection of trademarks and designs, as well as in patent and copyright disputes, and matters involving unfair competition.

Before joining our firm in 2015, Pascal Fehlbaum headed the trademarks and designs legal department of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, after having served in its copyright legal division.

Previously, he also worked as a legal advisor in the technology transfer office of the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) and the University of Lausanne (Pactt), where he negotiated and structured contracts related to innovation and research.

The author of authoritative publications—including his doctoral thesis on creations in the field of perfumery and contributions to the Commentaire Romand on intellectual property law—Pascal Fehlbaum regularly shares his expertise on technical legal topics.
