Since March 1, 1995, Pascal Aeby has been practicing within our firm, where he became Managing Partner in 2015.

He specializes in real estate law, employment law, judicial litigation, and the relocation and domiciliation of individuals in Switzerland.

Previously, he served as an assistant in the Department of Public International Law and International Organizations at the University of Geneva.

From 2003 to 2013, he was a member of the Licensing Appeals Commission of the Swiss Football League. He is currently a member of the Bar Examination Board of the Geneva Bar Association.

In addition, Pascal Aeby serves as a board member of several regulated Swiss companies and is a member of public-interest foundations.
