Mathias Brosset specialises in intellectual property, contract law and data protection. He guides companies and individuals in protecting and enhancing their intangible assets.
With his expertise in intellectual property consultancy, he supervises the team responsible for managing international trademark and design portfolios.
In contract law, his work focuses primarily on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements involving intellectual property or image rights (licensing, sponsorship, franchising, distribution, etc.).
He joined our firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.
