Jérôme Jotterand is a specialist in contract law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises companies and entrepreneurs on business transactions, business transfers, and corporate governance matters.
With solid experience gained at major law firms and consulting firms (Big Four), he has developed strong expertise in complex transactions. An ACAD+ certified director from the Académie des Administrateurs, he serves on several boards of directors and foundations. He is also actively involved with M&A Experts, the Swiss Chamber of Business Transfer Specialists.
Since 2021, Jérôme Jotterand has been strengthening our firm’s corporate team, and he was appointed partner in January 2024.
