Hubert Orso Gilliéron is a business lawyer with over 20 years of experience, specialising in strategic corporate advisory and the management of sensitive matters.
After working as a research assistant at the Center for Comparative and European Law at the University of Lausanne and practicing as a business lawyer in Switzerland and abroad, he joined our firm as a Partner in September 2024.
Beyond implementing legal frameworks tailored to the development of his clients’ activities, Hubert Orso Gilliéron oversees the negotiation of transactions and the handling of complex business situations.
He advises clients in situations that may impact their reputation, including internal investigations, litigation, or administrative proceedings.
Hubert Orso Gilliéron also contributes his expertise to various Swiss and European organisations, notably by serving on several boards of directors.
