Guillaume Rychner

Specialized in real estate law, estate planning and inheritance law, as well as contract law and trust law, Guillaume Rychner advises and represents both private and institutional clients in real estate transactions and disputes, as well as in structuring wealth transfers.

Guillaume Rychner draws on his international experience—including legal studies in Vienna and an LL.M. in International Business Law completed in London—as well as his extensive network in the real estate sector.

He was a teaching assistant in inheritance law and estate planning at the University of Geneva while practicing independently as a lawyer at the Geneva Bar since 2014.

He joined our firm in 2017.

In 2023, he was appointed Associate Judge of the Landlord and Tenant Court (Tribunal des baux et loyers).

Guillaume Rychner serves on various boards, associations, and commissions, including the Geneva Real Estate Chamber, and lectures on special contract law at the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG).
