Claude-Alain Barke, a certified tax expert and Swiss certified accountant, specializes in Swiss and international taxation for both individuals and legal entities. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has held several key positions, notably with the Vaud tax authority and as a partner heading the tax department of an international consulting firm.

He joined our firm’s tax department in 2020.

His areas of expertise include taxation of high net worth individuals, Swiss and international corporate groups, real estate taxation and mergers and acquisitions.

Claude-Alain Barke also represents clients before tax authorities in audits and dispute resolution proceedings.
