Bertrand Gros, founder of our firm, has been practicing for 50 years in the fields of intellectual property, competition law, corporate law, trusts, sports law and tax law.

He served as a member of the Geneva Bar Council from 1994 to 2000, was an expert for the legal commission and the anti-counterfeiting group of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry (FH) for many years, and was a member of Economiesuisse, the Swiss business federation, from 2003 to 2009.

A board member of numerous companies, Bertrand Gros held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rolex SA from 1997 to 2022 and of Rolex Holding SA from 2007 to 2022.

He was appointed Chevalier of the National Order of the Legion of Honour in 2022.
