Guillaume Rychner

Specialised in real estate law, estate planning and inheritance law, as well as contract law and trust law, Guillaume Rychner advises and represents both private and institutional clients in real estate transactions and disputes, as well as in structuring wealth transfers.

Guillaume Rychner holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from the University of Geneva and also draws on his international experience, including legal studies in Vienna and an LL.M. in International Business Law completed in London, as well as his extensive network in the real estate field.

He was an assistant in inheritance law and estate planning at the University of Geneva while practising as an independent lawyer at the Geneva Bar since 2014, before joining our firm in 2017.

In 2022, he obtained a Master's degree in real estate and in 2023, he was appointed Associate Judge of the Landlord and Tenant Court. Guillaume Rychner sits on various boards, associations and commissions, including the Geneva Real Estate Chamber. He regularly lectures at seminars and teaches special contract law at the Geneva School of Business Administration.
